The renovated & fully equipped 90sqm house has a large terrace with constant coolness from the sea breeze, an open space with a natural lawn of 400sqm and a built in BBQ, while exiting the secure fenced plot you immediately reach the sandy beach & the sea. The space
The proximity of the house to the sea is breathtaking and offers a constant cool breeze even on hot summer days. The perfect balance. In the garden with natural lawn of 400 sqm, you can relax and take advantage of the sun by lying on the comfortable sun loungers, playing or enjoying grilling on the barbecue.
The house was completely renovated by Themis and Evangelia Panagiotakopoulou, in 2019, who put all their interest and sensitivity to make it the ideal place for guests to have fun while enjoying every wish and comfort!

Inside, the house bears the unique taste of the owners, who took care of every detail to make your holidays unforgettable! Stepping off the front porch, you will see the comfortable, air-conditioned living room, equipped with a flat screen TV and decorated with a unique style that makes you feel at home! It has two beautifully decorated bedrooms, both of which have large comfortable king size beds and mattresses (1 king size bed each bedroom)! In total, the house can accommodate 6 to 7 people using the large sofa-settee in the living room. The bathroom is brand new with a shower and washing machine. The house is also baby and child friendly, equipped with all the necessary equipment (baby cots, high chairs, etc.) to accommodate our little guests. In case you need such equipment, please let us know in advance. In the fully equipped kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare, preserve and enjoy your meals! There you will always find a welcome basket on the kitchen table, waiting for you, as an act of welcome from the owners!
Externally the house has a lovely front terrace overlooking the lawn garden, sandy beach and sea, and there are two east and west facing balconies to take advantage of every moment of the day and night, offering you the choice of the view you prefer! It also has plenty of space and behind the house with a farm.
Once you experience such a vacation, you may have difficulty looking back on conventional ones. Enjoy your tea or coffee, your lunch or evening wine with a book, gaze at the sea and the bay and just enjoy your holiday!

Access is available to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
Other things to know
The house is 3′ from the main village of Nea Anchialos where visitors can access super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, shops (commercial and catering), archaeological sites, churches and public transport. It is 15 minutes away from Volos, the starting point for the beautiful villages of Mount Pelion and the Sporades islands (Skiathos – Skopelos – Alonissos). It is also 15 minutes from the airport of Nea Anchialos, which serves various national and international destinations.
